1. Every thought is, on its own, just a thought. That’s, precisely, what the experience is.
2. It can be said, however, that every thought can be traced back to an I-thought. The latter is a samskara or vasana.
3. Buddhi (intellect) is what undertakes the tracing back, the inquiry.
4. What buddhi discovers is, actually, just a thought. Like: “I am alone.”
5. Now, is there any entity-like reality to the samskara/vasana? No. It doesn’t actually exist (sat), and this is what the samskaric inquiry plainly reveals. (The emperor has no clothes.)
6. One can, from here, carry on self-inquiry, going back to the Real Source.
7. When all samskaras/vasanas have been “uprooted,” then there is full establishment in the Source. This is called “sahaja samadhi.”
